My husband and i needed to stay while our house was being renovated and prepped for our move in. The awesome and friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. They make sure you get all that you need during your stay, including very friendly and welcoming front desk and housekeeping staff. Someone is always available to assist you in all capacities. The hotel is clean, and continental breakfast is offered, laundry facilties, and whatever you need to make your stayvawesome.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well. Given, the room is very limited, no dishes , not many towels and so forth, but every time I reached out to the front desk I was given what I requested without hesitation or a wait. Very close to the mall, restaurants, shopping areas such as Sam’s, Walmart, Meijer, Dollar Tree and several other grocery stores.

So, the basic concept of Extended Stay America is that it's a regular hotel room, with a kitchenette, which makes longer term stays more comfortable and economical. I wasn't a long term guest but it is nice to have a bigger and more powerful fridge. This room was in good condition and looked to have been recently renovated. It was clean. Bed was fine. Shower was a little lukewarm but adequate. The rate was good value. I asked for a quiet room and got one. Staff were nice enough. There are some sketchy people around this interchange, but I personally didn't have any problems. The breakfast was VERY basic (coffee and granola bar) but it got the job done. Hey, if you put the cocoa mix and creamer in your coffee, you've got a free mocha latte, baby!

It was okay. Breakfast was very limited in choice, with instant oatmeal only hot food available. Muffins, snack bars were available too. More like for pick up and go meal. I stayed because of a great deal for the room otherwise I could not afford normal pricing… Enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you…..

The staff were helpful & accomodating. Special kudos to JOE at the front desk who was patient & took time to explain things to us & was responsive to all of our questions!

The kitchen area was great with a good sized fridge(not full sized but not mini) and a stovetop and sink. They had packages for dishes and pans you could order. We were only stopping for the night and didn't need the kitchen, but good to know if through there again. The bed was comfortable, located close to the freeway but not too noisy. Breakfast of instant oatmeal, muffins and granola bars.

The premises were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the day. Next time I travel for a long period, I'm looking for another hotel like this!
